Managing Hybrid Courses

Hybrid classes are much more difficult to design than all online classes, because you have to knit two environments together seamlessly.
Where do you give students instructions? Online or in the classroom or both or possibly neither?
You need a tracking system. Here is a planning document that I made just to track what needed to be done and where it would appear and how I could track what was happening where.
